I have had the privilege of building several women in leadership programs at world-class brands and have worked with some of the finest female leaders across the globe. Being surrounded by women that inspire you to become more, who have risen despite setbacks, and who lead with a philosophy that there is enough sunshine for all women, has taught me a lot about courage and authenticity. It has also been an honor working with the men who truly advance women in leadership.

Spearheading and leading women's initiatives has always been born out of purpose and passion for me with the belief that the collective is greater than striding alone. Gathering communities of diverse female leaders, often in male-dominated industries, has proven to be some of the most rewarding work of my career.

The power of women coming together to grow and help one another through our experiences, triumphs, defeats, and sharing our deepest truths of what we have learned and still want to learn is the real magic. In our shared stories we foster inspiration, strength, and an understanding that we can truly rise up, and the support of other women to achieve small or large mileposts means all the difference in getting there.

The Women's Leadership Lounge is born out of this passion and brings diverse women together who desire real conversations, seek a safe space for purposeful connection versus competition or comparison, and want to grow in handling complex and personal leadership transformations that we face daily.
